Artonezero offers a range of three types of ADSL Broadband service to it's clients. These are all delivered through the telephone line. they are:
- ADSL Max - up to 8Mbps downstream / up to 732 kbps upstream, with a variety of price plans based on maximum monthly download bandwidth used (in Gbytes). Requires BT telephone line.
- Unlimited download bandwidth - either 250/512/1024 or 2048kbps connections. Ideal for server hosting, wireless hostspots or inter-office VPN connections. Requires BT telephone line.
- A range of Local Loop Unbundled broadband services, These are only available in certain areas, but have more options in terms of contention ration, e.g. 1:1 and 1:5 contention ratios being available. Theytend to be cheaper than the equivalent BT line based option.
The reasons why our clients ask us to provide their broadband connections are: - We provide a personalised support service. Unlike most ISPs, you can contact a real person during office hours, by name, who will be familiar with your account. This can assist with fault finding or if you encounter any problems running specific services, e.g. VPN or Remote desktop connections
- Our ISP service is reliable
- Clients prefer to deal with a single supplier - they use us for web hosting and email and they like to have a single point of contact for their broadband too.
- We install a high quality router (the Draytek servies) which allows us to remote manage the clients broadband service (many of our clients do not have their own IT staff), as well as providing facilities such as remote home access for their staff and Voice over IP phone connections
Our service typically takes 7-10 days to install and there is a minimum contract period of three months. There is a one-off setup charge of £60, plus the cost of the router - typically £120-£150.
